If you are not satisfied with NexusPanel for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request

Email nxp@s2u.me with your order ID and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for license keys that have been used to register more than 2 domains, or for renewal payments.
